Transfer Students

Acceptance into Holy Trinity as a transfer student is based on grades earned at the school from which the student is seeking to transfer. In order to transfer into Holy Trinity from another high school, students must contact our Principal’s Assistant, Mrs. Linda Bannon at (773) 278-4212 x.3001.

Students wishing to transfer to Holy Trinity High School must submit the following information:

1. A complete transcript of all high school credits earned, including summer school credits.

2. A completed discipline/attendance form provided by Holy Trinity and completed by a representative of the student's former school.

3. A copy of the most recently received report card, if transfer application is made during the school year.

4. A completed application form provided by Holy Trinity.

5. A copy of the student's birth certificate.

6. The student's Social Security Number.

Admission is determined after evaluation of the above items. The student and his or her parent(s)/guardian(s) will then be contacted to schedule an interview with the Dean of Students and an academic counselor.
