Induction to Holy Trinity’s Hall of Fame represents one of the greatest honors The School awards its athletes, coaches, teams, and administrators who, throughout the past 112 years, have brought The School prestige and honor.

This year, Holy Trinity honors Greg Lopatka for his accomplishments in basketball, football, bowling, and tennis in the class of 1958, the 1993 Girls’ Varsity Volleyball team for their success, and Lonale Rowry, class of 2003, for his achievements in basketball.

A plaque of recognition was presented to awardees at the induction ceremony and reception Thursday, October 13 at Café la Cave, 2777 S Mannheim Rd, Des Plaines, IL at 6:00 PM. Honorees’ accomplishments are engraved on a plaque and displayed in the Athletic Hall of Fame at Holy Trinity High School.

 

The Holy Trinity Athletic Hall of Fame was chartered at the September 1997 alumni meeting. The annual event honors the greatest names in Holy Trinity’s past – the men and women who have demonstrated ability, brought a degree of fame to themselves and The School, and have demonstrated good citizenship beyond high school.
