Read this warm holiday greeting from Holy Trinity’s very own, Br. James VanDyke.

To everyone in the HT family:

Paintings of the Nativity of Jesus usually show Mary, Joseph and the infant in the nighttime, with light radiating outward from them. The Jewish celebration of Hanukkah begins, as do all Jewish celebrations, with lighting a candle in the evening, light in the darkness. We are at the time of year when soon the days will begin to lengthen a minute or two at a time, light replacing darkness. This year the symbolism of light overcoming darkness is especially meaningful. May you have a wonderful holiday season, with the dawn of 2021 leading to ever-increasing light.
