Dear Holy Trinity Community:

This summer, we will be moving forward with phase two of our Facade Project. You may remember when we started this project two years ago, the facade in the front of the building was in much need of repair. We’re happy that the front facade is complete and is secured for another 90 plus years.

Scaffolding will go up on the North, South and inner Classroom Corridor walls the week of May 10 (see the map below), with minimal disruption to classroom activities. After the school year concludes, the inner Classroom wall will have to be completely rebuilt, brick by brick. We anticipate construction lasting all summer, with a completion date of late August 2021. In Summer 2022, construction will begin on rebuilding the East Gym Wall, the West Gym Wall, and the South Gym Wall.

Our building, erected in 1927 has withstood many rain and snow storms, and the unusual and sometimes unpredictable Chicago weather landscape. By investing in the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, we will ensure Holy Trinity will continue to educate and shape the minds of future leaders for years and decades to come.

Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me via email at tbopp@holytrinity-hs.org. Thank you for your continued support of Holy Trinity High School, our mission, our staff, and our students. Your unwavering commitment to our school is something we don’t take lightly, and are forever grateful.

God Bless,

Mr. Bopp
