Indiana University’s Luddy Pre-college Summer Program will take place June 14-20, 2020. Students will explore their passion for technology and learn how technology is used in problem-solving. They’ll get experience with programming languages and project design, and they’ll see what it’s like to learn from one of the nation’s best technology schools! This is a one-week residential program for students entering 9th through 12th grades, and no experience is necessary!

Here are some things campers can expect at the Luddy Pre-college Summer Program this year:

  • Faculty from all our degree programs are working to create a brand new project-based curriculum.
  • We expect campers to be housed in Teter Quad, right next to the dining hall in Wright AND where our Luddy Living Learning Center is located. The Luddy LLC has tons of extra space, labs, lounges, and a kitchen that we utilize during camp.
  • Besides an introduction to technology and the areas of study we offer at Luddy – computer science, informatics, engineering, and data science – campers take part in other activities throughout the week, like campus tours, geocaching, bowling, swimming, eating dinner downtown on Kirkwood, and themed events each evening.
