Transcripts are official records of grades and credits earned by a student.
Copies of medical records and transcripts may be obtained from the Registrar in-person or via email.

  • Proof of identity must be provided when requesting a transcript.
  • Senior students may request two (2) transcripts at no cost.
  • The transcript fee is $2 per copy for current students.
  • Transcripts for withdrawn students or alumni are available at a cost of $5 per copy and will be issued when all financial and other obligations to The School have been settled.
  • A minimum of 48-hours notice is required for release of official transcripts.
  • OFFICIAL transcripts (with the school seal and official signature) must be sent directly to the requesting institution.
  • UNOFFICIAL transcripts may be released to the student.
  • Student records are confidential. They will only be released with the written request or signed authorization of the student, parent, pr legal guardian.
