Transcripts are official records of grades and credits earned by a student.
Copies of medical records and transcripts may be obtained from the Registrar in-person or via email.
- Proof of identity must be provided when requesting a transcript.
- Senior students may request two (2) transcripts at no cost.
- The transcript fee is $2 per copy for current students.
- Transcripts for withdrawn students or alumni are available at a cost of $5 per copy and will be issued when all financial and other obligations to The School have been settled.
- A minimum of 48-hours notice is required for release of official transcripts.
- OFFICIAL transcripts (with the school seal and official signature) must be sent directly to the requesting institution.
- UNOFFICIAL transcripts may be released to the student.
- Student records are confidential. They will only be released with the written request or signed authorization of the student, parent, pr legal guardian.
