With the new school year approaching at Holy Trinity, we wanted to make sure all students have the chance to receive their free COVID-19 vaccination shots. On Tuesday, August 24 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, medical professionals from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) will be on hand to provide a smooth, easy, and safe vaccination process from start to finish. All HT students, parents, family members, and siblings 12 or older are invited to participate free of charge. In order to get an accurate count of those who want to be vaccinated, we ask that you RSVP, using the button below.

IDPH will administer the Pfizer vaccine, which means those who receive the vaccine here will have to come back in three weeks (September 13) to receive their second shot. Both vaccine clinics will be held here at Holy Trinity in the Brother Phil Conference Room, also known as Room 102.

Parents/Guardians must be present to provide consent for children under 18. If you have any questions, please email Mr. Malloy at jmalloy@holytrinity-hs.org

Please join us and protect your child and your family this school year!
