Freshmen
Holy Trinity works with a rolling admissions schedule. You are welcome to apply any time.
- Take the Entrance Exam at Holy Trinity. You can reserve your place for the exam by contacting the admissions office (773) 278-4212 Ext.3025.
Have you taken the Entrance Exam at another location? Contact the Director of Admissions to learn more about transferring your test scores. - Online Admission Application.
- Each family will be asked to create an admissions account. Then the family will have access to all the required elements to complete the admissions process all within the account. All of the items below can be uploaded into the student’s Admissions account.
- Financial Assistance Application (English/Spanish): Submit along with copies of the family’s most recent tax return and two most recent paystubs from all working adults in the household.
- If applicable, upload a copy of your student’s IEP/Plan 504 plan

Transfer Students
Holy Trinity High School accepts transfer students at all grade levels at the beginning of each school year and at the start of second semester. Students interested in transferring to Holy Trinity do not need to take an entrance exam. All applications are reviewed based on the student’s academic performance, attendance, and behavior at their current high school. To apply, submit all completed admission forms and documents to the Director of Admissions.

- Discipline & Attendance Record
- Unofficial transcript (from all years in high school).
- One letter of recommendation from a teacher or dean (recommendations should be sent by teacher/dean directly to the Director of Admissions).

- If applicable, a copy of the student’s IEP/Plan 504 plan
