- What is a Shadow Day?
A Shadow Day allows prospective students to experience a typical day at Holy Trinity. You’ll attend classes, meet current students and teachers, and explore the campus. - When are Shadow Days offered?
Shadow Days began on October 1, 2024, and are held every Tuesday during the school year from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - How do I sign up for a Shadow Day?
To schedule a Shadow Day, use this link: Schedule a Shadow Day. Select your preferred date, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. - Who can participate in a Shadow Day?
During the fall, Shadow Days are available to 8th graders only. 7th graders will have the opportunity to participate in the spring. - What time does the Shadow Day begin and end?
The Shadow Day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. Please arrive by 8:45 AM to check in at the Admissions Office.
- What should I wear to the Shadow Day?
Students should wear either their school uniform (if applicable) or business casual attire. Business casual includes slacks, khakis, dress shirts, blouses, skirts, or dresses. Please avoid jeans, athletic wear, or casual t-shirts. - Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch is available. Students will be able to choose from a variety of items on the school’s cafeteria menu.
- Do I need to bring anything?
There’s no need to bring school supplies. Just bring any questions you may have about Holy Trinity!
- Who will I shadow during the day?
You’ll be paired with one of our student ambassadors, who will guide you through their class schedule and answer your questions. - Can parents attend the Shadow Day?
Shadow Days are for students only. Parents are welcome to schedule a separate tour or attend one of our Open House events. - What if I need to reschedule or cancel my Shadow Day?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the link provided in your confirmation email, or contact the Admissions Office at admissions@holytrinity-hs.org. - How should I prepare for my Shadow Day?
No special preparation is needed, but it’s a great idea to come with any questions about the school, programs, or student life.
- Will I be able to participate in after-school activities?
Yes, if you’d like to observe or participate in after-school activities like sports or clubs, we can arrange that. Just let us know in advance.
- What happens after the Shadow Day?
After your visit, we’ll follow up to answer any remaining questions. We encourage you to stay in touch as you consider your next steps!
