Apply as a Transfer Student
Holy Trinity High School accepts transfer students at all grade levels at the beginning of each school year and at the start of second semester. Students interested in transferring to Holy Trinity do not need to take an entrance exam. All applications are reviewed based on the student’s academic performance, attendance, and behavior at their current high school.
- In order to be considered a sophomore, a student must have a minimum of 5 credits.
- In order to be considered a junior, a student must have a minimum of 12 credits.
- In order to be considered a senior, a student must have a minimum of 18
To apply, complete and/or submit the following required documents and forms. Documents can be submitted within your admissions portal or by emailing our Director of Admissions, Ms. Amber Johnson.
Necessary Documents for Transfer Students
- Complete your Online Admission Application
- Download this Discipline & Attendance Record form and have the school complete it.
- Submit your Unofficial transcript (from all years in high school).
- Provide one letter of recommendation from a teacher or dean (recommendations should be sent by teacher/dean directly to admissions@holytrinity-hs.org addressed to the Director of Admissions.
- Financial Assistance Application (English/Spanish): Submit along with copies of the family’s 2023 and/or 2024 tax return and two most recent pay stubs from all working adults in the household.
- IEP/Plan 504 plan
Optional: Disability or Learning Differences “Does the student have any disabilities, learning differences, or medical conditions that we should be aware of to ensure we provide appropriate support and accommodations? This information is optional and will be used only to ensure you receive the necessary resources to thrive at our school.”
