The Hunt for October Begins written by Coach Gladden Under cloudy and rainy skies, the Holy Trinity Cross Country teams began their quests for qualifying regional times in late October at the Roycemore Invitational. One hundred and seventy athletes representing thirteen schools competed in the boys and girls three mile races. Pitias Merach powered through the course in a seasonal best time of 20:48.40, finishing 24 th on the boys side. The day started with the Lady Tigers taking the top spot in the rarely run 800-meter sprint medley relay. Curington-Harris Sets PR at Meet of Champions written by Coach Stephen Gladden Leonte Curington-Harris opened the meet with a throw of 10.47 meters (33’-4”) establishing a new personal record and 19 th place finish overall. Manasseh Boahene powered through the 400-meter sprint completing the 2-lap event in 57.93 seconds (28 th ) and a PR. Viktor Markovych competing for the first time indoors this season, established an indoor PR oat 800 meters covering the distance in 2:21.17. Holy Trinity Baseball Visits Holy Rosary Church for 15th Annual Team Season Opening Day Blessing

On Sunday, March 16th, the Holy Trinity Baseball Tigers visited Holy Rosary Church for a St. Joseph Table and Mass. This was the 15th annual team season opening day blessing. Players, parents, grandparents, and siblings attended -- everyone brought food to the table to share. It was a terrific event to kick off the Spring 2025 baseball season.

Holy Trinity Girls' Basketball Places 4th in CPC Tournament; 2 Players Named to All-Tournament Team On Thurs., Feb 13, the Holy Trinity Girls' Basketball team fell to Rochelle Zell, 48-35, in the third place game of the Chicago Prep Conference Girls' Basketball Tournament. Junior Nayanah Mahone and Senior Diamond Young were named to the Conference All-Tournament Team for their impressive performances. Coach Gruber, Coach Gonzalez, Coach James, and the Lady Tigers are now 11-6 on the season overall.
