This program involved hands-on classroom experience, fitness training, high school and college training, and students will have the opportunity to participate in paid summer internships between their junior and senior year, to promote a better understanding of all aspects of careers in public safety.

This is a two-year after-school program for students interested in pursuing a career in public safety. Students must attend CPFTA classes two days/week from 4:30-7:30 PM at the Chicago Police Academy or the Quinn Fire Academy.
