The purpose of Post Secondary Planning is to prepare junior students for the college search, application, and selection process. As a college preparatory high school, our students are encouraged to matriculate to Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) or post-secondary learning. In Post Secondary Planning, students will be introduced to college search variables and will participate in activities to help them understand this process. Upon completion of the course, all juniors will have a portfolio of personalized college information they can rely on as they start applying for admission to IHEs in their senior year. This is a Pass/Fail requirement for junior students.
