Dear Holy Trinity Seniors and Parents/Guardians of Seniors:
Next week, we will celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2021 with Robing (Wednesday, June 2 at 1:30 PM) and Graduation (Saturday, June 5 at 10:30 AM). Both events will take place in-person at Holy Trinity Church, 1118 N. Noble Street. We ask that graduates arrive 45 minutes prior to each ceremony. Please arrive at 12:45 PM for Robing, and 9:45 AM for Graduation.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Graduation ceremony will be a ticketed event, meaning only those with tickets will be granted entry into the church. Robing will not be ticketed and is open to all. On Monday, May 24, seniors picked up their caps and gowns, along with four tickets for Graduation. Two of those tickets will be for the main sanctuary, and two will be for the overflow room, located on the lower level of the building, where both events will be live-streamed. We will have ushers on site to help navigate the flow of traffic.
Because seating in the sanctuary is limited, we’ve developed a “seating chart” to help maintain social distancing guidelines, which you can review below. We ask that you stay in your designated area, and keep your mask on at all times, even if you’ve been fully vaccinated. Also, as the names of our students are being read, please refrain from clapping, and cheering so all names can be heard and all of our students can get proper recognition.
After the ceremony, please remain seated until all faculty and graduates have left the sanctuary. Once you exit, you will need to leave the church area immediately. In an effort to follow the social distancing guidelines, please do not congregate outside of the church after the ceremonies. We ask that you plan to take photos off-campus.
For family members who are unable to attend in-person, please invite them to watch both events via our YouTube Channel.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in making Robing and Graduation successful as possible.
God Bless you!
