  1. Submit the following signed documents by uploading them below, mailing them to the school or dropping them off in person (the Main Office will be open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.):

  2. Submit your $115 registration fee using the online form on this page, sending a check by mail, or dropping off your payment.
  3. Download the following for your records (these do not need to be submitted):

    2. Curriculum Guide
