Final Tune-up before CPC Conference Meet

In a meet with some of the fastest distance runners in the State, Viktor Markovych finished in the top half of the varsity runners on Saturday at Ken Jakalski’s Mane Event Cross Country Invitational, covering the 5K course in 19:53.00. This was his first 5K event of the season. Minseo Kim competing in her second race of the year, covered the same distance in 33:21.60 as part of the Girls Open competition.

The next race for both athletes will be October 15th at Westmont High School when they will take on the rest of the conference runners at the CPC Cross Country championship meet.
