To complete your registration:

  1. Submit the following signed documents by uploading them below or mailing them to the school:
    1. Educational Services Contract
    2. Blackbaud Tuition Management (Smart Tuition) Registration
    3. Home Language Survey
    4. Photo Release Form
  2. Copy your student’s birth certificate and medical immunization records and include in your submission.
  3. Click here to complete the Freshmen Course Selection form.
  4. Submit your $150 registration fee using the online form on this page, sending a check by mail, or dropping off your payment.
  5. Download the following for your records (these do not need to be submitted):
    1. Uniform Guide
    2. Curriculum Guide
